Darren Bell
Founder
With over a decade of experience in international private banking and mortgage finance, I have personally arranged more than AED 500 million in mortgages across the UAE.
As a UK CeMAP-qualified mortgage professional, I founded Bell Private Finance to provide clients with expert, impartial advice and a genuinely personal service. My focus is simple: finding the right mortgage solution for every client and guiding them through the entire process, from initial consultation to completion.

What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email. This usually includes your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your finances and property plans. This website has no forms and does not collect information automatically.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to advise on and arrange mortgage finance, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We only use it for the purpose you gave it for.
Who we share it with
With your knowledge, we share the information needed for your application with banks, lenders and the professionals involved in your purchase. We may also disclose information where a law or an authority requires it. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use cookies or analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google and Google can see your IP address. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
